The Ministry of Higher Education announced about starting apply for training programs for workers in the information technology sector in higher education institutions, in cooperation with Huawei Egypt, in vital fields that includes; Big Data, AI, Cloud Computing, Data com, Security, Access Network and 5G.The training program aims to raise the capabilities of workers in the information technology sector in higher education institutions, keep pace with rapid developments in the fields of information and communications technology, as well as meet the needs of the labor market and enhance scientific research and development skills, noting that an initial test will be held to determine the extent of applicants' familiarity with the basic principles at networks, operating systems and databases.

Dr. Tariq Shawky; the former Minister of Education and Technical Education and Advisor of the American University in Cairo who delivered a lecture at the Conference entitled “The Culture of Learning and Knowledge in the Current Age,” and Dr. Mahmoud Muslim, the Chairman of the Culture, Tourism, and Media Committee in the Senate who delivered a lecture entitled “The Development of the Media in Light of the Technological Revolution”.
